Community Outreach & Advocacy for Refugees started as a student club at Arizona State University and is now a federally recognized non-profit organization based in Tempe, Arizona.

COAR utilizes youth leadership and community volunteerism to help refugees in their efforts to rebuild positive, self-sufficient lives.
