COAR seeks full-time Operations Director

The Operations Director is one of two full-time employees. The Operations Director is responsible for working with the Executive Director, Board of Directors and staff to ensure COAR’s financial sustainability, manage its exposure to risk, and document its activities. These responsibilities must be executed in the context of pursuing COAR’s mission and executing the strategic plan under the supervision of the Executive Director.

The Executive Director, as one of COAR’s two full-time paid staff is the pivotal connection between COAR’s many components. The Executive Director is responsible for working with the Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, clients, refugee advocates and community partners to accomplish COAR’s mission. In this capacity, the Executive Director inspires and nurtures collaboration among these essential partners.
